INFORMATION SHEET	Can I "try out" a session or two before I decide to continue? Sure. In fact, it's probably a good idea to see if a good match develops between you and me. In my experience, most clients seem to take approximately 3-5 sessions to determine this.
What should I expect during my first session? Many people are apprehensive about what will happen during the first session. Basically, we will discuss the reasons that prompted you to seek counseling, talk about some background that might be relevant, and come up with a plan to address your concerns.
